2 Main Square Festival tix + HOTEL ROOM

I have two tickets to the June 30 (Pearl Jam headlining) day at the Main Square Festival in Arras, France. These are originally 59.00 Euros a piece ($75 U.S.), selling them for $125 for the pair.
If you buy my tix I'll also transfer my hotel room at La Belle Etoile to your name. The reservation is currently checking in 6/29 and out 7/2 as I was trying to keep my travel schedule as flexible as possible. Those dates can definitely still be changed. THE HOTEL IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE FESTIVAL!
