still no official schedule. and only a lame map for facebook people. nothing on the official website. Just hope that PJ will still be Sunday at some time
  • Gary Clark Jr. now apparently playing both nights. If you havent seen him and you like guitar at all, do yourself a favor and check him out.

    Here you go

    Thanks, still kinda vague though.

I'm spoiled by how organized Outside Lands this year was and this is not.

maybe it's leading to this. Staying optimistic.

With all due respect, I think you're more delusional than optimistic. I mean, anything is possible, but really?

And for the folks banking on a TOTD reunion, that's your fault for letting your imaginations get the better of you. . . once again, anything is possible, but there was never any mention of it from CC or PJ. It was all 100% speculation.

Now, with all that being said . . . . . F Chris Cornell. This is a punk move to back out less than a week away. He just lost a fan.

Thank God no Cornell. Best thing that could happen.

That means their 2 hour set isn't begrudged by being taken over by some lame TOTD reunion.
  • Gary Clark Jr's Facebook page says he is playing Sunday -- it doesnt say anything about him playing Saturday now --- i am really ready for an "OFFICIAL" schedule release for MIA and not some bogus iphone app.

It's not exactly a huge stretch of the imagination to think they'd do a song or two if they're both on the bill...

Yes! Thank you for saying that. I mean I swear it's blasphemous to post anything negative about TOTD. I mean I love the history of TOTD and appreciate CC for helping get things going, but for God's sake, enough of the TOTD reunions! Ive been to 3 at PJ shows, so needless to say, enough is enough. I'll take more PJ please :D

If I'd seen 3 of them I'd probably feel the same way! However, I was just hoping for 1. ;)
  • Where is the news that Cornell won't be there on Sunday? I see on his twitter he is booked Saturday? Can someone share where this news is coming from? :?:

You guys have it wrong. He wasn't guarenteed to play a TOTD reunion. He was guarenteed to play a solo set. I was looking forward to his solo set more than PJ's set. I never have seen him solo so a first-time concert in my cards was going to make the day, and then PJ's set would have been the cake, and then TOTD reunion would have been icing on th cake.

Solo would have been cool, but I feared another 1 hour of Pj's set taken over by another TOTD reunion

Thank you! i was looking forward to his solo set. I have seen it and it is really good - BUT I am really there for PJ anyway. (Gary Clark Jr. still not added to sunday though)
