God and religon
I'm not so concerned about God because to me God=Mystery and I like a good mystery. Religion I don't mind so much as long as its personal and not pushed on others. Religion, like experiencing nature, is probably best when kept personal and done alone or in small numbers and never pushed on anyone.
But I get your point. God and Religion have all to often become perversions and used as an excuse for hatred. Not always, but far too often."It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0 -
I just see it a lot in most politics
Look at the republican primaries just run
How much courting of the religous right was going on
Godfor me is a myth but I'm happy for there's to follow, just don't tell me or others what to do is my problem
And the religous right is a problem
They want To ban abortions
They want to ban stem cell research that may help cure my daughter
They want to tell my gay neigh ours they have less rights then me because of who they love
Religion As a group excersise should be banned. Private use of god allowed onlyAUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE0 -
Today we've also had two pastors lament that they can't legally kill us and Exon Mobile voting 80% for blocking any mention of sexual orientation in their non-discrimination policy.
I'm getting tired.0 -

I haven't read comic books since I was a young kid...is it very apparent that other superheros are hetero?
I don't remember it ever coming up, but then again I was young and more focused on them catching the bad guys then any of their extra-curricular activities.hippiemom = goodness0 -
The only Green Lantern that would be considered "major" is Hey-I-have-a-movie-and-several-animated-appearances-and-I'm-in-the-Justice-...League/Super-Friends Hal Jordan version of the character and he's straight.
DC publishes THREE Green Lantern titles a month, each with a different Green Lantern and they can't even make one of them gay? Instead they choose to use a character who shares nothing more than a name & identity with the historical Golden Age Green Lantern, so there's not even a ret-con of the characters's history. "Don't worry, fanboys, the classic Golden Age Green Lantern is still all about the ladeez."
From my freind Ed. i dont read D.C.0 -
• Gay, HIV patient denied medication, visitors ‘for going against God’s will’
• Matt Barber: My Family Member Dying Of AIDS Got What Was Coming To Him
• Yes. Green Lantern in the alternate universe Earth 2 is gay. And... kinda hot. I volunteer Jason Statham to play him in the movie and me to be his boyfriend.0
