To the OP you need to set a price. Plase read the forum guidelines.

If the price is $750 then please say so. If not then please post your highest price and ask for offers, you know how sought after this is, but the rules are there for a reason so this place doesn't turn into a bidding auction.
    Sealed vinyl is bad vinyl.

I read the OP to mean that sometime in the past, before he was willing to sell folks offered him $750 and OP declined and kept the record. Now, OP would like cash and $750 is the price. My interp.

I posted this late last night and realized I needed to set a price. That's what I did. Then I got hit with several pm's that I have to sort through. How would you choose which person to sell it to? I want it done today. Any Advice?

I don't get it... why would you collect something you can't enjoy? Man, either rip it open and play it or sell it to someone who will! Vinyl cries inside when it's not spun. ;)

The best is when you see a post from someone selling a sealed LP and they say, "Man I really hate to part with this" or "I love this but have to let it go." I didn't know people could love staring at a sealed piece of cardboard so much.

What exactly do you love about it? Not trying to knock you here as I have some vinyl still sealed up to for down the road, but I wouldn't say I love it. I say it sits in the dark creepy corner of my basement ha. Just trying to see what it is about something you won't play that you love

they should just manufacture the boxes for some people... you don't need the records inside if they're going to stay sealed
I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!

Some people don't get collecting for the sake of collecting, and some people do. I have a box of PJ stuff and every once in a while I bust it out and just look through all of it. It's no different than my old baseball cards. Over the years I've built up a cool collection of stuff, as have looooots of people on this board. To me it's not worth $1K, because I don't really see parting with it. It's just another part of my collection.

I said what I said in my original post because no matter what my intentions are, I can't help but be intrigued when one of them sells for hundreds of dollars. Opened, no less...

I wonder how many "collectors" have purchased sealed White Backspacers on the secondary market and don't know they're holding onto a standard black one?

Collectors of vinyl are like those people who buy every gigposter and store it under a bed with no intention of ever hanging it.

I assume you mean collectors of vinyl who don't play the records?

I think in the end this kind of collecting is about monetary value. If someone is just collecting and not displaying or listening, then it seems to me it has to be about two things: the joy of the find and acquition(which I totally get), and the building of something that has money value. I don't so much get this... but if someone does get real pleasure out of that endeavor more power to them I guess... although I think they are the ones who drive the prices up (along with us fools willing to pay and compete with one another for the items along with the other money value collectors), so that's not great. But they are also the continuing sources of sealed collectables... I also think that a lot of these types of collectors think at least vaguely about the collection's value as something to pass down to their kids as something valuable to inherit as the value hopefully appreciates over time. So an investment for both themselves and their predecessors. It is different mind set from those of us who collect to use and hang and play, but whatever... you don't have to get it to not judge it.
    I don't like flippers though.
