Why no vinyl re-issues?

I hope this hasn't been covered elsewhere - sorry if so.

I love vinyl and I love PJ yet the only albums I have on vinyl are Yield and the Ten reissue. Every now and then I'll look for Riot Act or No Code which are two of my favorites but the prices out there for these are a down payment on a car. Why haven't these been reissued? Am I missing something?

Stone said in a recent interview that possibly they will release them on their 20th anniversary for eaqh album. I think theu realized that they did not profit that much from the re-releases

They've also only re-released the most common ones on vinyl. I think if they did a straightforward release of No Code through Avocado as albums, not boxed sets, etc., they would sell bigtime at $30 a pop and kill the secondary market of the originals. Even if they did one a year, it would be some nice dough in their pockets and people could afford not to be overloaded with a big expense all at once.

True. Yet as much as those are great albums (it could be argued they all are) it's that middle period I yearn to hear on vinyl. That and the self-titled. If I had those on vinyl I'd be one happy dude!

Unfortunately, I don't think killing the secondary market for their stuff is high on their priority list, or rather if they even think of the outrageous secondary market at all, given their recent track record of releasing limited quantities of everything.

They should re-release Benaroya at $100 a pop. 5000 more copies and you made a quick half mil.

Would love a No Code re-issue so much....best of the catalog.

The Yield/No Code re-issue I think would be the highest sellers.....and I would imagine a nice set with a lot of art and photography.
