I work at a hotel a block off the Mag Mile. We have had the Po Po's in and out all week. From the FEAR  media it looks like we will be under lock down. I'm thinking about calling in on Monday. Anyone else leaving the city that weekend?

Or do you think it is all hyped up?

The President is staying at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers.

This is very scary what I saw going on in Chicago on the am news.

    I wondered ...
if the protesters showed up in helmets and protective body gear if they
would be arrested for just that, protecting themselves and leveling the playing field.

Really very aggressive both sides of the conflict.

We are in for some bad bad times I fear. Makes a body wanna wish the aliens would show up
about now for some human bonding and distraction of the human problems we've created.

doesn't matter if they did or not. they were going to meet the blunt end of a baton simply for being there.

gotta love that freedom that we have...

It's ok. Illinois disarms the populace that obeys the law. Only the crooks are armed here. The basic law abiding citizen is defenseless.
