Korean Cinema

Anyone a fan?
Seeing Oldboy in 2007 was one of those films that changed my life.
Theres been others though, Mother, The Man from Nowhere, I Saw the Devil
very interesting films. violent and graphic as hell, but i was intrigued by every single one of them.

So they are. I always thought Takashi Miike was Korean.
There is a Korean war film
that came out between 2001 - 2005.
I was teaching there at the time,
but of course none of the Korean movies
have subtitles or dubs.
My boss described it as a Korean
'Dirty Dozen.'
Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?
Cheers.
