Gave it a listen and I'm not blown away at all by it. It doesn't rock like their previous two albums. Too many slower songs that just don't seem to go anywhere. Bloody Mary (Nerve Endings) is probably the best song on it.

I should have probably figured this was the direction they were taking when the Seasick single came out and two out the three songs on that were much slower. Broken Bottles from that single rocks and should have been on Neck of the Woods.

I did preorder the vinyl and will give it a few more listens but I don't think I'll be playing this album nearly as much as Swoon.

I totally agree with this especially in regards to their last (2nd) album - overall I was disappointed.
