What's the best quality Vic download out there?

I downloaded the one from Army Reserve blogspot a long time ago, but never actually made a CD out of it. Anything better came out since?

    the best one is the one that 10c will release next month on cd and limited edition vinyl.....;).....a guy can dream, can't he...:)

    i don't know if there was a better one than the first one that floated about....:)

    I have both at In The Present Tense Go to the Vic page.

    I downloaded it, but how do I convert from RAR so that I can play it with itunes?
