Man people in this country have butchered the English language beyond repair .... :oops:

    Call it a colloquialism
    like 'gonna' or 'yeah.'
    But try explaining to kids that
    when they write they should actually use
    proper spelling and grammar.
    Shoot, most people think that
    'tho' (though)
    and
    'thru' (through)
    are legitimate spellings.

    yeah..I don't even know a lot of them at all.

    We never went from Allright to Aighht....

    ....because Allright was never and still isn't a word. So you didn't have too far to fall.
