What level can you reach?
I am currently on 7.3, just missed 7.4.
Not bad considering I started at 5.1 and almost threw up 2 weeks ago.

Yeah I used to hate it and suck at it in school.
All the football playing kids always aced it.
It's a good measurable way of getting fit.
I need 6.10 for the police force which I am trying out for.

Yep, got my heart and mind set on it.
No need to fear me lol.
Such a long journey, hold your horses.
It takes so much just to get to the academy, from there it is 33 weeks of hard work.

Sweet... I'll be in... I did it for a few months... got to about 8...I'd be back to about high 6s or 7s at best now

A mate of mine who is aiming for the next commonwealth games laughed at me... he would run a 400m, then launch straight into it and finish it...
