FOR SALE: Accommodation for Paris gig

I had booked a ticket, flight and accommodation for the Pearl Jam gig in Paris on Sept 11th but I cannot go now.
Here is the listing on eBay for the ticket and hotel package I am selling:

The reserve is only 70 euro so it is surely a bargain for anyone who wants to go see the legends playing in a city as cool as Paris. Flights on Sept 11th aren't too dear either for some reason...
