    I find it bizzarre. it seems to me that before we hit our mid twenties we are too young and have too little cash to be out there really living it but, but for some reason when people hit their thirties they are considered too old! This leaves a small window of about five years when we are just the right age. I've just hit my mid thirties and have a decenty job, somewhere to live, I go out dancing regularlyhit as many gigs as possible and average about four festivals a year. I recently had a fight with one of my friends as I have taken up songwriting and she thinks we are too old for that kind of thing! This attitude pi!!es me off, I have no intention of being too old for 2/3rds of my life! My mum is 67 and still goes out and has a good time. Life is for living its just how you choose to do it that changes. Grrrrrrrrr.....sorry mini rant over......

    Just posting on this thread while I'm still in my thirties. Can't wait until I'm forty, in a few weeks' time. You stop counting the pubes going grey by that point, and if you're lucky, you've found someone to count them for you.

    Nothing in there applied to me...no baby...I don't watch modern family or play words with friends...and I sure as hell don't use the toilet in front of my husband :sick: Which just proves that I'm already acting like I'm in my 40's :shock: :cry:
