    sorry old son i cant help but im going to be looking for LBC when it comes out [which is soon i believe ] but im not sure of any shops that ACTUALLY participate in the record store day [not around here any way] it seems that the record stores in the states are far more up for it than UK stores .
    so if any one knows of any stores down near bournemouth or any that deliver pray tell :D:D

    I'e never done RSD before...does most of the stuff sell out within hours or is it safe to go later in the day? Just curious since I will be busy up until about 4pm. Live right by a city so I expect to be heavy traffic at the stores. A litte insight would be great though. Thanks

    The first year I went in 08, about 10 people were in line. Store opened at 10, I got there about 10:45 and got everything I wanted.

    Last year, there were about 100 people in line hours AFTER the store opened. RSD is just like black friday now, except with Hipsters rather than trash.

    I'll be checking out my local record shop (Aberdeen) but judging by the releases on the RSD UK website, it ain't looking promising that there'll be any of those Pearl Jam related releases.

    If anyone is able to pick up an extra copy of the EV/ Po / Mike / Brad releases I will pay for everything! :D
