Bet Caroline Flack would notice the difference ... Rory would be too old for her

For those the above means nothing to when he was 17 Harry was dating a TV presenter Caroline Flack who was 32

I must be behind on my "boy-bands" cause I've never heard of them.
The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". That's what time it is. It's "Now". - Damien Echols

The hysterical girls crying and screaming on the news makes me laugh.

I'd like to say I've never heard of them, but sadly I have. My daughters and my niece are obsessed. Well, in all honesty, my niece is a little insanely obsessed, while my daughters are not quite so insane.

I'd also like to say that I don't understand the hysteria, and in a sense I really don't. But in another sense I do. I was once a 12 year old girl very obsessed with NKOTB! hehehe, yes, yes...I know... :fp:

BUT, I was 12 not 16 like a lot of these girls are, and at 16 Eddie and the boys had very much taken over.

So I KIND OF get it, and I kind of don't.

pointless post I know, but it suits the thread! :D

It appears he has found another much older TV presenter to date while in Australia...

Other than the fact that I came across the above "news" story and have a vague memory of hearing about a famous young "man" (let's face it, 17 is still a child) kissing a 32 year old (btw, as a 30 year old, all I can think is GROSS!), I actually had never heard of this band and I still have no idea what their music sounds like.

I too have no idea what their music sounds like. I only know of them because of the relationship between the 17 yo and the 32 yo which caused a bit of a stir and made the papers.
