Dear Pearl Jam, how about some livestream performances?
Watching right now live Jack Johnson & friends @ Brushfire Studios http://new.livestream.com/jackjohnson/studio
Wouldn't it be great to see a live Pearl Jam in the studio jam broadcasted live in this kind of atmosphere? Posting live photos, live video feed, live comments & taking requests. Or yet one of Ed's solo show's broadcasted live on the world wide web? Last Pearl Jam webcast was Lolla '07 (I believe), (Gary's PJ20 @ Alpine Valley was great too).

sounds awesome!
I'd also really enjoy it if some live shows were being streamed...I had a lot of fun listening to the Buenos Aires webcast last year, and discussing it here with fellow fans.0 -

The Buenos Aires live audio stream was insane!!! The DJ would run radio promos in the middle of the song & at the end of the songs. The DJ & radio promos must of said "Pearl Jam" 200+ times during that live broadcast. :P0 -
I don't want to be 'that guy' always pushing something... but if the cap fits... and this thread lends itself perfectly.
I was kinda hoping in the upcoming Europe or Brad shows, I could get some people to create multi-user live picture streams and those of us not able to go could watch the events unfold live.

We're in the process of developing this free phone ap where your pictures taken with your smartphone are automatically published to a live stream webpage. Multiple people can join the same event and have their images combined into a real time multi-user stream. Plus, they can add text (set list of songs played, commentary etc). The live stream page also has a chat client built in so people can login, watch the pics and text as they appear and chat with other logged in users. So far we're still beta testing and building the site and the ap is only available for Android at the moment (iPhone in development). Would love to have some people testing for us.
For example, I streamed pics from John Butler's Intimate Dunsborough show to the web:

Definitely!!!!The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". That's what time it is. It's "Now". - Damien Echols0 -
