the fact that he didnt just tell her flat out that he had plans that day is NO GOOD...guys always make shit difficult, now shes prob sitting there thinking shes going to have a date to this wedding, going out and looking for a dress, etc...only to be let down whenever he decides to call her back...argh

and as for women and wine...well...i think wine makes me smarter ;)

    Thanks for the feedback.

#1 She is going to the wedding anyway, so looking for a dress is a requirement either way. I was invited at the last minute.

#2 I told her I "think I have have plans, let me check my schedule". That was Thursday night when I got the phone call. Basically, all I was sayin was, let me check my schedule first. Can't a guy have at least 24 hours to ponder this over?

#3 If I didn't have 10 club tickets (which are non-refundable, non-transferanble) I would have probably considered the wedding. But I have 10 club tickets that can't be sold.

#3 Bottom Line: I called her Friday MORNING and told her I can't go. It's all good. No worries.

On expedia, planes from Philly are going for about $360 roundtrip to Vegas from July 5th to the 9th. From Baltimore $330.

HOOTERS Air used to fly to Vegas from Lehigh Valley Airport up in Allentown. But I checked their website and it looks like they don't fly to Vegas anymore...

    the reception is great

only problem is that the phone is a piece of shit, i am now about to receive my SECOND replacement phone in TWO WEEKS, because the fucking screens dont work, NOT TO MENTION the fact that i have downloaded about $30 worth of ringtones so far that are NON TRANSFERABLE from phone to phone, in english which means if you download their ringtones and your phone breaks because its a piece of shit you have to REPURCHASE the same goddamn ringtones again...F THAT!!!
they havent heard the last of me, they are just lucky i am at work right now and cant exactly tell them how is it over the phone since i try to maintain a somewhat professional attitude while im here...but wait till i get home, customer service WILL reimburse me for the ringtones so that i can have them on my NEW replacement phone which is supposed to arrive anyday...my phone willl ring DTE again...viva la PJ ringtones!!!!!!!

(i am usually not an angry person all the time, contrary to what many of you believe im sure, but i am fired up...i can actually be a very nice girl)

Maybe if you would switch to SPRINT you wouldn't have these problems. :)

Went to Tony Luke's for first time today before the BoSox/Phils game...I wasn't impressed by the cheesesteak, and as a matter of fact only ate half of it.

Game was decent since again, the seats were free. Sect 220 behind home plate. Lots of eye candy everywhere. I forgot how many packs of females frequent baseball games, but I will def have to go more.

Well, I dunno how the hell this happened but I just got confirmation on a pair of 5/27 Camden tickets that I never bought instead of the DC tickets that I know I bought. I know it's too early for this, but I am and will continue to freak until Monday when I can get in touch with the 10C.

    That is all.

Well I know you're a Yankee fan, but Red Sox nation includes tons of hotties.

Too bad you root for the dark side.

I will start the magic number countdown for the Sox in my signature as soon as the season starts on Monday. ;)

I got an erroneous Boston confirmation earlier, which was followed by a "oops, we goofed, all people with Detroit tix got a Boston confirmation too, don't worry, all is good for Detroit but you don't have Boston tickets" email.

    Methinks they're having computer problems.

Took my family to the Phillies today...awesome time...great seats. They play Pearl Jam whenever David Bell approaches the plate. I'll be there tomorrow for the opener...section 217.

Why do so many of you run into problems with your drinking? What the hell are you drinking and how much of it in one sitting? Slow and steady wins the race. Please, I hope none of you get totally smashed on memorial Day weekend...it will ruin it for you. Get an good buzz on and then back off until the show is over. I don't want anybody to have a bad experience. May second is only a month out now. It is all getting so close. I like the rumors about actual Philadelphia appearances in the summer as well. Play the whole tour here. The house will be packed with people who love Pearl Jam. Philly has got to be #1.

I don't about know everyone else, but I never have problems drinking. Especially when a cute bartender makes a claim that she can outdrink you in Captain Morgan's. And then you finish a bottle while she's on her shift and she's so impressed she only charges me for two drinks and wants me to come back and visit her when she's off duty. Last night was fun. ;)

They play the same three songs: Corduroy, Evenflow, and I forget the third song. In 03, when Ed took batting practice before the show on July 5th, it was Bell he came to visit. They became friends in Seattle. Now if you want to venture to Citizen's Bank Ballpark on May 27th or 28th really early, there's a good shot he'd do it again and visit Bell.

It was announced a few weeks ago that Mark Prior would start the season on the DL.

I wouldn't touch him in a fantasy league with a ten foot pole...too damn injury prone.
yea i saw that, just pisses me off
like i said he was alright last season until he got injured...ugh!

Hmmmm...very interesting! I guess that's why he talked about him at the last Philly show! We just may have to move the tailgate over to Citizens Bank Park!
