    hahaha, finally i catch a break. And yes, thank god i didnt get a crappy winnipeg or vancouver. When I opened it I saw the aqua/blue coloring, and I was like, shit, this is another Winnipeg. But yea, I got lucky. Now who wants to give up an Easy Street???

    You're right in the heart of downtown. Never been there myself, but lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell are about 12 blocks away as well.
