You will hear Red Mosquito on Saturday night. You will.
Where the Hell is Save you?

All eyes will be on Boston tonight for an appearance of LEASH. I would be very surprised if it is played. I think that LEASH will be reserved for Camden. I don't really know anything, but it's fun to try and guess.

I'm really thinking about the 5/27 opener now. I don't think Release will be played again until maybe ER1, maybe. ER2??? I will not attempt to guess that one at this time.

The possibility exists for Long Road as our Saturday opener but that may not get played again this leg. I have concerns that Of the Girl will be played. I like that song but I would like to see them open Camden with something else. Can't Keep would be VERY special indeed. Perhaps Oceans but I find that hard to believe in a place like Camden. Sometimes has not made a showing. Having two shows, we should get an opener from Blue and something older and more unique.

I said that I wasn't going to obsess over the 1st Camden opener but I can't help it. It will set the tone for the weekend. Long Road would just be amazing. Long Road is what I'm really hoping for.

We are on the edge of something very big.
Amazing things are about to happen.
All eyes will be on Boston tonight.
    Tonight will be very revealing.

I agree that Leash is being saved for Camden. Out of all the shows I've seen, the Philly area seems to be loudest and most demanding for the song. Ok, bye!

Not to be a downer, but I'm almost positive Leash will be played tonight. PJ has a way of bringing history into their shows and the last time Leash was played was night 2 in Boston on 4/11/94. (Which was previously known as the last show Breath was played until the Breath sign campaign of 98 which makes sense because Leash is the new Breath.)

Remember Boston has been a hotbed for retired songs. Boston 2 in 04 was the first appearance of Alone and I've Got a Feeling in 10 years.

    Well, I'll guess we'll see.

This is your PJ historian signing off.

it should not and will not happen. it is absurd and ridiculous. and we have the Breath Campaign on 98 to thank for this whole fucking thing because people see it as a precedent. it is IDIOTIC.

Another song prediction for the weekend: In Hiding, another one soundchecked but not played as of yet this tour if I remember correctly.

And TG, yes, I have been listening to PJ, thats pretty much all I listen to, that or ESPN radio. I just put VS. in the car the other day and have been jammin to Leash and Indifference in anticipation of the weekend.

This makes a lot of sense to me and you are probably right. If it is played tonight in Boston, it will be played again this leg. I like this song, but I don't understand the cry for it. There are others (Dirty Frank, and Dirty Frank) that I would really flip for. That being said though, it would be an amazing experience to be in the room when Leash is unleashed (gay, I know) because the crowd's reaction would be intense to say the least.

I'll just be glad when it's over. I’ve grown tired of the incessant demand for it.

I can see half the crowd hearing the opening of Leash and going "wtf is this???" with most of the rest just trying to enjoy the special moment and soak it all in.

If they did play it, how would they top that for said show? They'd have to depart the stage. They'd have to pull it out right before Ledbetter. It's just that big now.

I am with MC and would rather prefer Dirty Frank, but only after Who You Are is out of the way. I'm bringing extra boxer briefs just in case.

Grace's view on the world so far:

    Paper Bra's: MORONIC

    Breath Campiagn: IDIOTIC

I rememeber having some serious withdrawl after the '03 shows....I thinkI saw something like 5 shows in 8 days or something and 7 out of 13...I was a little beside myself and genuinely tried to get Mexico tickets as a PJ blow out tour ending b-day present for myself when they played on 7/17.
