This time tomorrow, Julian and I will be eating cheesesteaks and then departing for Albany with 8, Yield, and the Albany 03 bootleg as the soundtrack for our trip.
Hopefully by this time tomorrow I will be in Albany!! I need to get me one of those XXL L.E. Hoodies!! Saw an XL on Ebay last night and it was already up to $325.

I just listened to the 8/29/98 Camden show for the first time since I was actually there...102 Row B for face value. Those were the days. Anyway, what a Yield show! 7 tunes at that one, inluding Push Me, Pull Me. Opened with Long Road, Cord, and Brain. Fuck. Candelabras across the back of the stage...awesome. I wish nothing was ever made after Yield and that they only ever played from the first 5 albums and Lost Dogs with their current catalog of covers at every show. I don't really want to hear anything after '98. There isn't a song from any of those albums after that I "hope" I get to hear on any one given night now.
Yield was the end of an era that we weren't aware of. No warning, then Blam! Binaural drops. Talk about pulling the carpet out from underneath me...
