These two songs were the encore to the MTV Unplugged show. Were these songs recorded, and if so, where can I get my hands on them?

    I could be mistaken but I think you're mistaken about Garden and Leash being played at the MTV Unplugged show.

    I agree. The original broadcast edited out Oceans and Rocking in the Free World. I've never heard of any mention of garden and leash.

    They're listed on a setlist on one of the websites, I forget which one. It's wrong though.

    It could be the tracklisting for an old bootleg or something. Like MTV Unplugged with Garden and Leash from Zurich or Pinkpop as filler.

    There's lots of errors on this site as far as setlists, song stats, and even lyrics go. Though this might not be an error (hell maybe it's just something about MTV Unplugged that all didn't know...which would be kinda cool), but I think it is.

    yeah, the other errors I've found made me skeptical yet hopeful this was true, and the files would be out there somewhere. Who knows.

    They were never played. Oceans and Rockin' were edited out.

    i have one of the mtv unplugged downloads Garden in..
    isnt played with acoustic guitars like the rest of the show thow...
    its listed like this in the file:

    the sound is like ,..rehearsal..eddie doesnt start the lyrics right away..
