What happens w/ refunded EV Tour 10c tix?

I can't make the Austin dates work due to lack of hotels being a football weekend.
I'd like to go to the Ft Lauderdale shows instead. Will the tickets that people asked for refunds on be offered to us?
The stubhub tickets for both ft. lauderdale shows are pretty crappy and way too much.
Has this been addressed yet?

You can often find tix for way below face value on stubhub if the secondary market is soft.
I've also used StubHub quite a few times and I've never had a problem with them before. Of course, the prices are always outrageous but if it is someone you really want to see

Edit: Just got this email from 10C-
Refunds will not start processing until the refund request window is closed on April 20th. At that point we will be submitting a report of all refund requests to Paypal to process. Expect to have your refund processed the week of April 23rd.
