I wish I was eating the mac n cheese I had last night from 'SMAC. Mac n cheese with lite Cheddar, Parmesan, roasted cauliflower and portobello mushrooms, roasted garlic, broccoli and scallions. Nom nom nom nom!!
I've been wanting to go there for so long! But their locations do nothing for me. (meaning I'm never in the area)

I am currently eating fruit salad. I think fresh ripe melon is quite possibly the best thing that has ever existed. Now if only I had some proscuitto.....

I will definitely buy that again! I was a little concerned it would turn out dry, but no. It was all juicy goodness. The piece was so big I couldn't even finish mine

I think I haven't had walleye yet, but they sell it everywhere here, so will check that out. We have a neat little fish store around the corner and Cav has a fisher friend, so there is plenty to choose from. The store also has some really good rubs! So far, we mostly had salmon, but I love that too. Trout and halibut - yes, please!

    It's a good fish.

It's been many years since I've had any, actually. Last time I had some was in Canada right after we caught a few.
