    It was Gyro day but american gyros (beef as the meat). We made up some nice ones and threw them in the panini machine making it nice and toasty. It added a nice touch for lunch.

    Made a most delicious dinner tonight! Blueberry balsamic grilled cheese with spinach/arugula and it turned out delicious! And we of course made cocktails after with the leftover blueberry syrup! Yum!

    So 1st we boiled the green beans, then we cooled them off in ice water.
    Then we took a skillet, added some olive oil, once the olive oil was hot we added garlic and roasted red peppers. We then added the cooked beans, topped that off with basil and parmesan cheese.

    MMMMM!!!!!!!!!!
    Take me piece by piece.....
    Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
