    my mom's is awesome. look forward to it every year. she calls them Holiday Eggs.

    layer of eggs, layer of cheese, layer of bread. repeat 3 times and top with frosted flakes. we put syrup on them, which sounds odd, but it's delicious. we put syrup on scrapple too though.

    That does sound awesome! I like the syrup idea!

    I made 2 trays this year, both of them have eggs, shredded hash browns, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and onions. One I made with bacon and the other with sausage. Sprinkle a little rosemary on top and yum scrum!
