have you tried halibut for the hell of it....yeah...i think that is my fav fish steak.
I think I haven't had walleye yet, but they sell it everywhere here, so will check that out. We have a neat little fish store around the corner and Cav has a fisher friend, so there is plenty to choose from. The store also has some really good rubs! So far, we mostly had salmon, but I love that too. Trout and halibut - yes, please!
