I really hope my Capitals pull through and make it into the playoffs ... Also the poor Coyotes make the playoffs every year out here in Phoenix and nobody cares because the stadium is about an hour from where 90% of the valley lives and it SUCKS to get to in traffic.

    Hockey Playoffs = Greatness

I've been to Jobing.com Arena a couple of times and it's a great venue. Hopefulluy I can catch a playoff game there next week.

I'm at work now, and headed out on vacay this afternoon... that said, if my internet connection is any good at the resort, I'll sign up

Is there a limited number of teams, or is it a pick 'em and whoever gets the most points at the end of the day wins type pool?

    I haven't done a playoff pool in a while...

Getting better at the regular season though... this year the teams wound up 3rd (out of 10) and 5th (out of 12), which is definitely up from last years 9th and 10th

P.S. My avatar to the left is my rec league hockey logo... so if I get a pic, look out for Jockey Club de Hockey!
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". No, there is not a limited number of teams, and basically what you do is adjust your roster each round of the playoffs hoping that your combination of guys scores the most fantasy points. I will try to post the scoring/rules, etc. when I get home and can actually access the site.

1000 plus points, 3500 PIM's. Leadership, grit, toughness, character. He would be in my HoF any day.

You must be a fan of the new Shanahan style NHL, minimum 3 game suspension for bodychecking. Too bad there isn't a ringette pool you could join, seems more your style.

Really enjoyed watching Berube whine like a little girl about big, tough, dirty Crosby & Malkin roughing up the Flyers. Waaaahhhhh, waaahhhhhh. Too fucking funny!!!

I wondered where you were. You might still be able to sign up, but you obviously couldn't choose any Wings, Flyers, Pens or Preds in the forst round
