I heard a guitarist cover an instrumental tune while on vacation, and it's killing me that I can't remember the name of the song. Was wondering if anyone can help...

I know I've heard the song in a bunch of movies and tv shows. Possibly even commercials. It's a pretty slide guitar song, very Hawaiian sounding, also slow, mellow and bluesy. Although I can hear the chords in my head, I can't think of one of the specific films that I've heard it in. It's the kind of thing that would be used in a love scene.

I hummed it for some coworkers. They picked up on it immediately which makes me think I'm right about it having a certain amount of noteriety. Unfortunately, no one could name the title or artist, or even any leads.
