If you haven't already seen this Yield-era dvd documenting the band's creative process via rehearsal/recording sessions, you must check it out. (You Tube has it downloadable, in full.) It's cool to see the songs as works in progress, and to observe the band members bouncing ideas off of each other, working collectively.
One of my faves, "In Hiding", began with a riff Stone kept lobbying for, hoping to make the band "fall in love with it", in his words.

Another amazing song, "Faithfull":

Mike makes an interesting observation, comparing the guitar build-up on "Given to Fly" to a wave, rising, cresting, then falling:

And, "Wishlist":

This DVD was a game changer for sure. It was a behind the scenes look at a band who had been trying to keep their lives private for a long time. Kind of like the unmasking of the band Kiss if you will. Usually when the mystery is taken out of something the hype dies down but SVT just added more to the bands hype as it was badass.0

I'm still floored by this dvd and can't wait to put in on with my surround sound system. This influenced me as an artist/musician/person. I hope it gets special treatment when they re-release Yield.0

It's growing up just like me.0 -
It's a nice companion piece to the record. I wished then that it was longer, and I wish now that it was longer.0
