    We all need to look at ourselves in the mirror and ask "are you doing enough"?

    PJ25 = Moldova!

    And I can see how CZ is #2, beer is like 15 cents there, at least when I visited lol
  • I think the 4% death rate due to alcohol is actually much higher.It is not considering the full effects of alcohol induced malnutrition. Alcohol depletes the body of nutrients and leaves it more susceptible to a spectrum of diseases.
    WOMEN WHO DRINK will suffer these consequences much faster than men.
    I attended a lecture given by a hepatic specialist. He stated that women develop alcohol hepatitis at a rate 7 x faster than men.
    Unfortunately, the media and most MDs are still stuck believing the myth that a glass or two of alcohol a day is ok for one's health.Reports of alcohol being healthy are deeply flawed. 9 out of 10 studies are rejected by the American Medical Association.
    Research says the opposite and is supporting it stance with credible evidence.

    I cut back a year ago and see what happens. I'm off to the bar now to do my part.
