ISO: a few 2000 bootleg cases

If anyone has the following cases from the 2000 bootleg series I would be willing to buy them:

Pittsburgh
#32 Tampa
#43 Boston (found!)

I received these boots in a trade without the cases. It would be great to acquire the cases for these.
