    One thing they did get was attention and publicity; bad publicity is still publicity... which is what advertising is all about!

    I don't always agree with that especially with this brand. They are already under fire for aligning themselves with that crossfit garbage and their sales are struggling mightily. I wouldn't be surprised if Adidas just pulls the plug on them in less than a year.

    I didn't know the brand is in trouble. Well, like Hedonist said, these advertising ideas aren't just whipped up; they're made, revised, revised again, signed off and signed off by execs. Obviously they are a bunch of idiots working in the ad dept.

    i think there is such a thing as bad publicity ... i mean the ad didn't even say "Cheat on your partner ... " - it said Cheat on your girlfriend ... which also implies a double standard ... they will definitely alienate the women demographic ...

    there are two in the pic, another one saying cheat on your boyfriend.

    no double standard, just odd print advertising.

    I don't know what is dumber, this or those Dr. Pepper 10 commercials

    Not to be argumentitive but I never understood taking the time to post that you don't care. If you didn't care wouldn't it be better time spent just not posting?
