to all the lucky ones like myself who were at that show, this is our thread. so i invite you to post your favorite memories.

mine are: hearing Why Go for the first time live. the fact that the first five songs were all from Avocado and the crowd LOVED IT. um... SATAN'S BED! RATS! Off He Goes, Marker in the Sand, the trio of Last Kiss/Come Back/Sad. realizing that Life Wasted is going to be one of my favorite live songs... one of those things that DRIVES you to see Pearl Jam live.

also, it was my first time seeing My Morning Jacket. that was a truly awesome experience itself. jim james' voice is even more haunting live and they are good live band.

Hell ya! My second show, and my mom's first show! The whole family drove down from Ottawa, and it was INCREDIBLE!!!!

I told my dad on the way there 'I wanna hear this song' (and I played Porch)

Needless to say, when I saw it, I shit a brick.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

What an amazing night, one of my personal favortie shows out of the many I have been to. I think my favorite moment is when my friend gave Eddie the Peace Flag to hold up during Grievance. We were just holding the flag out for him to see during the song and next thing we knew, he wanted it as a prop. Kind of a surreal moment...ahhhh the memories
