    anyone listen to cross-country checkup on cbc radio on the weekend!? ... they were broadcasting from ft. mcmurray where the boom in the town is based on tar sands development ... one guy called himself a former environmentalist who "saw the light" ... he went on to call environmentalists anti-human ... it really disgusted the shit out of me ... and made my loathing of rex murphy that much more intense ... :lol:

    it's selected ... so, not sure what the percentage is ... education is generally a provincial matter so transfer payments from the federal gov't go to provinces to be used for education ...
