Update 4/21: According to the delivery conformation slip - it arrived yesterday at 2:50!!! Hopefully we will be hearing something soon!!

4/18 Update: Package went out today! It should be there by Friday. I will update this thread with the list of names probably on Saturday. We're almost there!!!!!

4/11 Update: I am not mailing out the package until mid-next week. Probably on Wednesday because we want to make sure the person will be home to receive the package. We just found out that the person will be out of town on buisness all next week. If anyone has any questions or would like more detail, please PM me.


4/10 Update: I just picked up the poster from the post office!!! It should be going out tomorrow morning!!!


Update 4/1: The poster is on its way to me. It should be here by Tuesday or Wednesday. Then it will be mailed off to the recipient!

3/28 Update: WE ARE NOW ALL SET FOR DONATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will send out an update PM by the weekend, after we talk to the seller and finalize everything. Thank you to everyone that helped out with this.


It all started a couple of years ago when a bunch of people on the old forum chipped in and bought Demetrios a PJ/RHCP 1991 poster as a Christmas present – basically a way of saying thank you to everything that he does for everyone on the forum. Following D, others including myself, arq, ZiggyStar, mfc2006, dimitrispearljam, elwayvedder, Tuolumne Mama (and Little Dirty Tom), Black Diamond (and sons), Chime, Leeze, and most recently PJ-Cubs have all been graciously awarded their holy grails.

Well, it's that time again, but this time it is going to be a surprise holy grail.

If you would like to contribute towards this mystery grail, please PM me. After you PM me, I'll fill you in on the surprise recipient and send you my paypal address and we'll go from there. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM Dimitris or myself.

If you cannot contribute anything at this time, it's okay, a BUMP will work out nicely, too. Thanks!
