Ok, a long, long time ago albums had SIDES. There was side one and side two, and each contained roughly 15 to 20 minutes of music, give or take. Back then album sides were significant, as you had to make an effort to turn over an album or tape to play the other side, so each album side had its own personality and ideally worked well as a whole piece.

So here's a place to list your favorite album sides.

In no particular order except for the first one....

RUSH- Grace Under Pressure- side 1
Genesis- Three Sides Live- side 1
Pearl Jam - self titled (side 1)
Rush - Hemispheres - side 2
Bob Marley- Uprising -Side 1
Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power (side 1)
Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Rust Never Sleeps Side 2
RUSH- Moving Pictures- Side 2
Soundgarden - Badmotorfinger (side 1)
Rage Against The Machine - self titled (side 1)
The Who - Who's Next (side 1)
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (side 2)
RUSH- Exit...Stage Left- side 3
Metallica - Master of Puppets (side 1)
Bob Marley- Babylon By Bus Live- Side 1
The Police - Synchronicity (side 2)
Talking Heads - True Stories (side 1)
U2 - The Joshua Tree (side 1)
Stone Temple Pilots - Core (side 2)
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Blood Sugar Sex Magik (side 1)
Boston - Boston (side 1)
Def Leppard - Hysteria (side 1)
Van Halen - Fair Warning Side 1
The Replacements - Let It Be Side 1
Bowie - Scary Monsters (side 1)
The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead (side 1)
Talking Heads - Remain In Light (side 1)

i couldn't even begin to give a legitimate answer to this question without a lot of thought and sorting through my record collection.

but i'll cast a vote out for side 2/A of 'you forgot it in people by broken social scene, because it's really great and the first thing that popped in my head.

    looks just like the sun
    pacific theme
anthems for a 17 year old girl

only problem is you could swap that for any side on the album and it would probably be equally as good.

a really tough question, but i'd be interested to see what some people throw out there.
