TICKET PRICES
Festival tickets (camp site & booking/shipping cost not included)
4-day pass (combi ticket): 160 Euros
One-day ticket Thursday June 28: 75 Euros
One-day ticket Friday June 29: 75 Euros
One-day ticket Saturday June 30: 69 Euros
One-day ticket Sunday July 1: 75 Euros
Ticket price includes: access to the festival ground, one outward and one homeward journey by train from every Belgian NMBS station to Leuven, one outward and one homeward journey with a De Lijn festival bus from Leuven to Werchter. People from the Netherlands (and all other visitors travelling from abroad) may use their Rock Werchter ticket to travel free of charge from the first Belgian train station. It is still necessary to buy an international train ticket to and from this first Belgian train station. As concerns De Lijn: festival tickets are valid only on special festival buses from/to Leuven Station to/from Werchter, not on other lines. This offer is valid from Thursday morning June 28 through Monday July 2.
Camp-site tickets
Just like previous years, a camp-site ticket needs to be purchased in order to stay at one of the festival's camping facilities.
Camp-site tickets cost 17 Euros, regardless of the length of your stay. Camp sites will be open from Thursday June 28 to Monday July 2 in the afternoon. Please bear in mind that Werchter's camping facilities will not be open on Wednesday evening. So there is no way for visitors to pitch their tents that evening!
TW's camping facilities are run by local associations and not by the festival organisers. The whole is co-ordinated by the local authorities of Haacht and Rotselaar. They establish the rules with regard to pricing, opening hours, the number of toilets, wrist bands, lighting, fire lanes, cleaning...
A WORD OF EXPLANATION
Some trends cannot be stopped. Festivals become more expensive. If you take a look at festivals abroad, you will see that price modifications were really necessary. For this year's edition of Roskilde, a ticket costs 200 Euros, in England you always pay a lot more for a major festival ticket. In the States you even need to cough up no less than 250 USD for the Coachella festival. This is mainly due to the fact that artists are asking always higher fees. Rock Werchter is one of Europe's major festivals and offers a solid line-up. We do what we can to keep the price of a ticket within reasonable limits. "Value for money" is still an apt description for Rock Werchter 2007!
HOW TO BUY TICKETS
As from Tuesday February 20 at 9 AM, Rock Werchter tickets will be available by telephone, SMS and through the internet. As from March 1, tickets will be available through KBC Ticketshop as well. We have set a maximum of 4 tickets per person.

thanx for putting up that info on ticket prices and when they go on sale etc. I was wondering if anyone knows how easy it is to purchase tickets to Rock Werchter from abroad - I presume they have an English language site where we can purchase tickets and get them sent internationally - anyone know how I would be able to get to that??
Also, is there gonna be any kind of PJ fanclub meet up on the day they play at the festival? I'm coming from England cos all our festivals are twice the price and half as good, and don't even get me started on the rubbish beer!
they haven't put up an announcement for the festival yet, but it's still early.

Your beer is indeed rubbish, but you insist on drinking loads of them , that still puzzles me, i studied in the UK for 3 years and never liked the beer.
