I've been thinking about trying to build my own fuzz pedal. Specifically the E.S.V. 2-Knob Bender from BYOC. Any advice before i build it? :D

    Get really, really good at soldering first.
    ...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.

    If it's a dual layer circuit board, make sure the part is soldered solid. Some times it's just easy to flip the board over and hit the part on both sides.

    Get a copper heat sing (roach clip) to use on all parts when soldering.

    But after a quick glance, that circuit looks pretty simple. Looks like a good one to get your feet wet on.
