We are happy to announce that Eddie Vedder will bring his solo show to Europe for the first time this summer with a limited four-city run. The shows kick off in Amsterdam on July 25th and wrap up with a performance at Sudoeste Festival in Portugal on August 3rd.

July 25 – Amsterdam, Holland at Carre Theatre
July 26 - Amsterdam , Holland at Carre Theatre
July 28 – Manchester, United Kingdom at the 02 Apollo Manchester
July 30 – London, United Kingdom at HMV Apollo Hammersmith
August 3 – Zambujeira Do Mar, Portugal at Sudoeste Festival TMN

* Ten Club will not be selling tickets for the Portugal festival. For all public ticket sale info visit http://www.pearljam.com/tour

A Ten Club ticket drawing will be held for all eligible members for a chance to purchase pre-sale tickets to all 4 headlining shows.

I looked at the link and tickets are $172 a pair. I wanted to go, but I can't pay £55 a ticket for it. No way.

I am going to see PJ at both Manchester shows and that is going to cost enough with £200 for tickets, plus travel and a hotel for two nights.

I really want to go to this, but I can't justify another £109 for tickets :(

  • Will the regular tickets be the same price or is this a premium for pre-sale TC tickets?

CarneviL - 27th July to 12th August - London Olympics. EVERYTHING a rip off - overpriced hotels, overpriced food, overpriced everything. All businesses to make a buck or two out of this. Plus overcrowded public transport, etc. you can see how it would be a bad time to come to London/the UK! For example, a cheap chain where you can get family rooms for £19, you won't find much under £200 for one of their London hotels at that time.

Manchester hotel rooms didn't seem so bad...but the rates for London are completely insane.

How difficult do you reckon it will be to get Manchester tickets through general sale? I've entered for Amsterdam, wondering if I should enter for Manchester as well...

I hate how much gigs cost these days.

Ten years ago it was £10 to £25 a ticket for a show.

And Reading was £95, not £205!!

    Hotels?
    railroad to Paris?

only a few days to decide...yikes...

As London will be ridiculously expensive because of the Olympics, you could always stay in a town outside of London and commute to the gigs - i.e. Oxford / Cambridge???
