    That was a really good read. Some unusual choices, but I see where you're coming from.

    Replace Masters of War (Since it's not a Pearl Jam song) with Porch and you've got yourself a list.

    I know! I totally cheated. But it's such a great live song when performed by PJ I just had to include it. BTW...Porch is number 11 on my list :D

    Very interesting article. Of course a list like that is subjective. I'm just curious as to what you based it on. Crowd response, live vs. studio version, or just your own opinion. Possibly a mix of all three.
    I can't imagine anyone's list not including Alive, which is an excellent choice for number 1.
    I also like the choices of I Got Shit and RVM. But in my opinion you have to find room for Sad and Breath on there somewhere.

    Totally agree!! Porch is one of their best songs live, its my favorite.

    One of the best articles I've read in a while. I was really happy to see your choices as many of them were not the typical ones you normally hear.

    As for my choice, there is no way I could ever pick 10 of my favorite songs. It would probably take me the next 5 years to figure that out...but for the most part, my favorites tend to be songs that feature a "McCready on fire" moment.

    Thanks for all of your kind comments! I really appreciate it :) I'm so glad there are other Parting Ways fans too.

    To answer your questions, yeah it was just my personal preference. Nothing else really. Well I guess audience reaction goes into it too to a certain extent b/c the audience can really help "make" a song. To clarify too the list started off with 30+ songs but I knocked it down to 10 :D

    I may lose all credibility as a PJ fan when I say this (although I've said it before) but the reason it's not on the list is simple. I loathe that song. Even Flow is the reason it took me so long to become a PJ fan. I hated it when it was a huge hit, I hate it in concert, & I still turn the radio whenever it comes on. Sorry if I offend anyone but it's just my opinion :)

    Oh! Even flow MY first memory of Pearl jam. Still rocks.

    Here is my favorites. I have choose the ones who defers most from record to live.

    1. Grievance (compare to the record it grows like to the sky live, specially in 2000 when Ed almost screamed it out)
    2.Alive (Just kickin)
    3.You are(Hated that song when they play it in Prague, have actually always hate that one, but on the bootleg it sounds so powerfull)
    4.Prestent tense(Just give me the chills live)
    5.Blood ( I feel sorry for Ed´s voice, but the best way to start a party and also It´s a really party killer, refering to the r,n,b shit that´s always on the pre party
    6.Go (Same as blood)
    7.Comatose( Man never thought they could pull out a song like that anymore, and live it reaches high)
    8.Habit(The end shit of the song, it´s give me the chills everytime)
    9.Immortality( Matts drum solo in london 2000 is one om my favorite live experiences)
    10.Black(Think eveybody agree on that unplugged version is crazy)

    Come Back and Parting Ways in the top 10? no Evenflow or Animal? eh, i'm not big on your list but at least you have Alive at number 1 and RVM and Evolution are included. but Come Back? no way in hell
