Help with Tascam MF-p01 portastudio

Hello I bought a used Tascam MF-p01 4-track, but it has no playback.
Recording on all 4 tracks works fine, and I can hear the instruments trough the machine while I am playing, but it cannot play the cassette.
Everything moves fine, there's just no sound from the cassette.
I can listen to the cassette on any other tape player
Anybody can help me?
