I was an Idol hater, but have a listen to his EPs and he is legitimately talented . Saw him live this year and was BLOWN AWAY with his vocal power and feeling in his music.

One of the best live shows I have seen for a while.

It sucks that reality TV is the way they all seem to be getting a start these days...
The pub/touring circuit isn't what it used to be, at least in my town anyway.

yes i do remember the whitlams.. im a fan of tim freedman even tho some people think hes a dick. the night avocado was released i was seeing the whitlams at the metro in sydney... then i walked across the road to utopia records and picked up my copy of avocado and TOOLs 10000 days.
