Issue with PM's sitting in the Outbox

I am having an issue where I send a PM and they sit in the Outbox and don't get sent.

Is there a delay in sending PM's through the forum? Is it a usual thing?

Happened yesterday and today for me.

    Its not a delay...If its not in send it means its not been read..If its been opened and read it will go to send..

    Ok so that means that they got it even if it is sitting in Outbox?

    If its in Send its recieved and read,if its not been opened by reciever it will be in Out till its opened...
