    I believe in early 2005 his face was shaved.

    Almost looks like vintage Eddie to me. Beard or no beard, I'm happy as long as Eddie is singing.

    By the way, is the OP the guy that was in Deep magazine asking Eddie to shave his beard because his girlfriend, who looked like Eddie, couldn't grow her beard despite her attempts?

    He shaved a couple years ago. I remember the pictures from some award show he was at with Sean Penn. His face needs the beard now.

    sorry not a fan of the beard here !! Covers too much of his nice face. But if he has to keep it then he should keep it trimmed shorter. When it gets longer it makes him look much older than he is ! :D

    I wouldn't mind seeing Eddie without a beard, but I think he'd need to grow his hair so it is slightly longer (so it is closer to his shoulders) :) . He's still a handsome guy, with or without facial hair though!
