Crowdsurge Ticket Pickup

I don't know where in the hell to post this-

I bought two tickets through crowdsurge for a concert that I can no longer make it to. I want to gift them to someone, so can I change the name the tickets are in so someone else can claim them? I won't be in town that day to pick them up, and their policy is like tenclub tickets- pickup day of the show with ID.

    I didn't deal with Crowdsurge through the tenclub, but I just attempted to for another band's show. They don't have a phone line. I couldn't get a human being on the phone because I don't know if they own one. After five days of trying to message with a "representative" I gave up and had to deal with the box office the day of the show. Luckily, they were pretty good at being human and helped me out.
