There's lots of different options when setting up the tourneys. Blinds kind of went fast last night. I just went with the default settings.

Yeah, while the blinds went up quick, I think it won't be as big of a deal if there are 5000 chips instead.

can you slow down the blinds?

back in my home game playing days, we went 15 minutes between blinds with 1500 in chips. table of 8 typically took about 1.5 hours to play.

Blinds were changing every 10....

It wasnt the blinds that knocked people out....
It was aggresive playing....

Ill give everyone 5000-10000 chips...
And they can all plan on playing at least an hour....

Unless of course...
They get AGGRESIVE again.....hehehehe

Then we have a tourney...
Payments are made from 1 persons paypal account....
Everyone is happy...

I went into last night thinking we were playing for money but when no one chatted about it I figured it was just fun.

I don't know if you all play games other than Hold'em but I like them all.

Good idea about having a treasurer also. I nominate Speedy.

10 minute blinds are fine...
We will just give everyone 7,500 chips....
That way the "aggressive" players can still play for 45 minutes, before they throw their money away...hehehehe

I have no problem being the guy who holds the money in my pay pal account...
If someone else wants to do it...Thats fine too

Plus with more people joining, the games have no choice but to last longer....
2 tables of 7-10 people, will take a couple of hours to play out.
