That's what we typically did as well. When we got 10 or more we'd split it 3+ times depending on the crowd. Winner take all was usually for tables of 6 or less.

Yeah, that's how we've done it in the past for 8-9.

Winner take all for 5-6 and less makes more sense.

1st gets $60, 2nd $30 sounds about right....assuming all 9 players actually pay up and play.

If at gametime only 5-6 people are playing (which I sort of expect), I'm okay with winner take all.
