It Rained Tomorrow

if I died tomorrow
would you apologize today?
or would you just let it be?
regret what you didn't say?

if it rained tomorrow
would you go outside today?
would you enjoy the sun?
or ignore its sustaining rays?

why you just sit there
all by yourself
it's really quite beyond me
collecting dust on the shelf

we need to enjoy the now
no matter what your state
pick yourself up, don't stay down
don't waste it being afraid
