The Winding Sheet has got to be one of the best slept on gems of the 90's.

As do I, what a fantastic effort that record is.

I discovered this interview about a week ago, but thanks for posting Pap. Fans of Mark should definitely listen to this interview. His demeanor in it is really warm and inviting. I'd love to meet the ugy and just talk music and life with him.

    Awesome!!

I have tickets to the Portland, Oregon show... but it's going to be a challenge for me to get there. Might end up having to sell the tix. :(

Sold out eh? I hope I won't face the same problem in Athens, though I think it's going to be sold out too.:problem:
Get there as early as you can. I usually go to the venue two hours before the doors open.

Is the Portland show sold out already? Damn, I guess that means if I do have to sell the tickets I shouldn't have too difficult of a time.

I don't know, I just made a guess for your having a problem to get there. Isn't that the reason?

No, my reason is funding to get from SLC to Portland, and funding for our stay there. Both the girlfriend and I are students, and work full-time.

I bought the tickets with confidence that we could swing it. When we sat down and looked at our budgets and finances for the upcoming months, it began to look differently than I had imagined.

Maybe a foolish decision, but I don't think I'd have a problem selling the tickets if it came down to that. But, I really don't want to do that.

I'm due for a bonus from my work in a few weeks though, depending on the size of it... it can still be done.

I hope you can make it! And kudos to you for being a student and having a full time job too! By the way, technically I'm still a student too (postgraduate), but thank God I'd never needed to work for supporting my studies (finance sources: scholarships and my family). Are you an undergraduate or postgraduate? What are you studying and where?

I'm an undergraduate studying audio production/engineering at Salt Lake Community College, with the plan of studying further after I receive my AAS.

Thank you. It's a tough learning curve, but I think my passion and love for music along with my ability to catch on to new technologies will help me along. :)
