My healthy new year
will include lots of fruit:
apples and bananas for breakfast
maybe some strawberries and blueberries too
definitely green beans, cranberries, or raisins with lunch
how about some walnuts and sandpaper bread?
Almost anything uncooked and hard to digest!
(apparently, that's best)
but I need to change what I eat so
I'm going "Natural" !
